A new flat can now be created above a Twickenham shopfront after plans were signed off by Richmond Council.
Planning permission has been granted to create a single-bed dwelling on Heath Road, above the former estate agents.
Plans show the flat would also have a bathroom and joint kitchen, dining and living room.
The three storey building already has a flat on the second floor, but now the first floor commercial space will be converted to a new home.
No external changes will be made to the building.
"The layout of the existing building and the existing windows ensures that the new dwelling will receive adequate natural light in all habitable rooms," the application said.

A former dry cleaners in Twickenham could soon be made smaller if plans are signed off by Richmond Council.
Park Property Group has applied for prior approval to convert the back of the shop on Richmond Road into a self-contained flat.
Plans show the home would have a single bedroom, a small study, and a joint kitchen, dining and living room.
The application says the ground floor of the building was vacated within the last year by 'The Richmond Valet', with Park Property Group purchasing it earlier this year.
It also says the applicant would be happy to agree any occupant would not be allowed to have a parking permit.
"To avoid the proposal generating parking demand, the applicant is willing to enter into a legal agreement with the local planning authority whereby all occupants of the proposed development will be precluded from obtaining vehicular parking permits within any controlled parking zone (CPZ) within the Borough of Richmond," the application explained.
No external changes would be made to the building, with "only modest internal works…proposed".
