The Role The purpose of the Mental Health Access Worker role is to deliver an effective service to single people who are currently rough sleeping or formerly homeless. This post will actively support clients who suffer from mental ill health, providing a continued and consistent point of contact, whilst assisting them in navigating the various change pathways available to them; both statutory and voluntary. Are you passionate about utilising your understanding of the Mental Health Act 1983/2007 and your understanding of therapeutic intervention work to ensure clients are able to access the services that they need in order to manage their mental health and wellbeing?
