Maintenance Electrician - Permanent Role Location: FelthamSalary: 45,000 per yearHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (8 hours paid, 1-hour unpaid break)Shorterm Group are working with a well-known film studio who are looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join their on-site facilities team on a permanent basis.The Role:You'll be part of a small, hands-on maintenance team responsible for the electrical upkeep of the studio's buildings, sets, and production spaces. The work will be varied - from day-to-day maintenance and repairs through to installation and project work across a busy, creative environment.Key Responsibilities: Planned and reactive maintenance across all studio facilities Electrical installation, service, and repairs Fault finding and testing Supporting general upkeep and ensuring the site operates safely and efficiently Working in line with NICEIC/NAPIT and 18th Edition standardsRequirements: 18th Edition qualification (essential) NICEIC or NAPIT registration Minimum 5 years' experience as a qualified electrician Background in commercial maintenance (experience in live or production environments is a bonus) Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approachPackage & Benefits: 45,000 annual salary Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (8 hours paid per day) Overtime available (Time 1.5 weekends / standard rate weekdays, or time off in lieu) 20 days annual leave + 1 extra day per year of service (up to 25 days) Standard company pension Free on-site parkingIf you are interested, please contact Natalie on (phone number removed)
