Do you have hands-on experience issuing CAS and managing UKVI compliance? Are you confident handling international admissions in a fast-paced Higher Education environment? Job role: Admissions OfficerPay: £18.75 per hour holiday payContract: Temporary (20th July - 14th September)Location: Greater London (South West)Working pattern: (minimum 2 days per week on site; increased during peak periods)Hours: 36 per weekKey focus of the role:You will play a central role in international admissions, with a strong emphasis on CAS issuance and UKVI compliance. This role requires a high level of accuracy, up-to-date sector knowledge, and the ability to deliver an efficient and supportive applicant experience.Key responsibilities:

  • Managing international (including EU) applications via UCAS and direct routes
  • Assessing UK and international qualifications and supporting offer decisions
  • Leading on CAS processes, including checks, issuance and SMS usage
  • Providing guidance on UKVI regulations and Student Route visas
  • Supporting interview processes (including MMI) and applicant communications
  • Working closely with academic and admissions teams to ensure timely decisions
About you:
  • Experience working in Higher Education admissions
  • Strong experience in CAS issuance and UKVI compliance (essential)
  • Experience using student records systems (e.g. SITS)
  • Confident assessing international qualifications
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Committed to delivering a high-quality, inclusive service
