A new mural has appeared on the side of a wall and the artist dubbed the 'Banksy of Hampton Hill' has told us all about it.

The mural has been well received by locals. One person said: "Thank you for making our high street that bit brighter, we all love it!"

Its creator Eve said: "I'm a local graphic designer and illustrator, these are my snarks.

"Snarks are seemingly simple creatures, often just doodles I draw. Yet without realising they take on their own, often cheeky, personalities.

"These snarks in Hampton Hill are sharing an intimate and kind moment across a barrier. We are all collectively facing restrictions at the moment but it's important to still look out for the people around us.

"Hopefully, these strange animals make people smile on their daily walks."

Check out Eve's Instagram and Etsy for more of her snarks.
