An independent estate agency has launched in Twickenham hoping to disrupt the local market with "transparent and fair" pricing.

Founded by Fran Sturla, FSG Estate Agent is doing things differently through its transparency, person-to-person approach and local expertise.

Having worked in the property industry for almost a decade, Sturla decided to take everything he learnt and go independent.

He told Nub News: "Having observed different approaches within the estate agency sector, I believed there was scope to improve the frequency of customer communication and deliver a strong service proposition.

"I came up with this model of focusing on speed and giving customers a competitive value."

Living in Twickenham for the last 11 years has given Sturla first-hand knowledge of the local area, which the estate agent believes gives him an "edge" over competitors.

"If you want to sell a house, I'd love to help and provide that good independent offering, that five-star service, that personal touch," Sturla added.

In addition to connecting people in Twickenham, Richmond and Chiswick with their dream home, Sturla is heavily involved with the local community and will be sponsoring two upcoming summer events – High Tide Festival and Twickenham 60s Day.

He continued: "It is important to be involved and collaborate with the local community."

Above all, Sturla and FSG Estate Agent want to provide a quality and trustworthy buying and selling process for customers in south west London.
