In a new series of 'pop-up' screenings at Arthur's Pizza, on Twickenham Green, Twickenham Cinema Club presents: 'Aftersun' (2022, Cert 12A) In Charlotte Wells' BAFTA-winning directorial debut, Paul Mescal and Frankie Corio star in a poignant and visually intriguing film that follows an 11-year-old girl, Sophie, on holiday with her father at a Turkish resort, as Sophie recalls as an adult, years later, memories of her father, the trip and its consequences. 

Described as 'luminous', 'riveting' and 'stylistically adventurous', the film was a hit at Cannes when first shown, and has been praised for its direction and photography.

Included in the ticket price (£16) is the film screening, 2 generous slices of Arthur's sourdough pizza on arrival, popcorn and ice cream. The bar will be open for drinks and water available.
