HeartSpace Yoga Studio in Twickenham is inviting local residents to join a special donation-based community class to raise funds for Anstee Bridge, a Kingston-based charity that supports young people struggling with social, emotional, and mental health challenges.

The fortnightly class began on 17 March at 4:30pm, with all proceeds donated directly to Anstee Bridge.

The 60-minute session is open to all abilities, requiring no prior experience. HeartSpace Yoga's expert teachers will offer a soothing blend of gentle movement and Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative guided meditation, often referred to as 'yogic sleep.'

Lindsay Ratcliffe, Founder of HeartSpace Yoga, said: "HeartSpace Yoga aims to make an impact beyond our studio walls, supporting both our local and global communities through charitable initiatives and partnerships.

"We're delighted to begin this journey by supporting Anstee Bridge a fantastic local charity. We welcome everyone to join us, whether you're a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner. Just book your spot and be part of something meaningful."
