Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters are responding to a fire on Beech Way in Twickenham.

Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters are responding to a fire on Beech Way in Twickenham.

The fire has spread across a number of adjoining gardens and sheds.

London Fire Brigade said: "Our Control Officers have taken around 15 calls reporting the fire, with the first received at 3.07pm.

"Crews from Twickenham, Feltham and Richmond fire stations are in attendance.

"The cause of the fire is not yet known."

The fire was extinguished by around 4.40pm.

The Fire Brigade added: 'The fire in Twickenham is now under control. A range of sheds and summer houses have been destroyed by the fire.'
