The South West London charity was set up to help people living in the boroughs of Ealing, Hounslow, Kingston Upon Thames, Richmond Upon Thames and Wandsworth, experiencing mental health challenges.

Art & Soul provides a range of therapeutic arts workshops and other creative activities for local people, to help improve their mental health.

The taster sessions are for new participants and will take place on Thursday 18 April and Thursday 23 May from 11am to 1pm at the Exchange in Twickenham.
