Free local creative workshops to improve mental health and wellbeing

Art & Soul is offering free local creative taster sessions in Twickenham this month for people looking to improve their mental health and emotional wellbeing.

The South West London charity was set up to help people living in the boroughs of Ealing, Hounslow, Kingston Upon Thames, Richmond Upon Thames and Wandsworth, experiencing mental health challenges.

Art & Soul provides a range of therapeutic arts workshops and other creative activities for local people, to help improve their mental health.

The taster sessions are for new participants and will take place on Thursday 18 April and Thursday 23 May from 11am to 1pm at the Exchange in Twickenham.

After booking, new participants will be contacted by a member of the Art & Soul team via email. Following the taster session, participants can book onto Art & Soul's regular workshops at The Exchange.

The sessions are free to attend for those living in the boroughs of Ealing, Hounslow, Kingston Upon Thames, Richmond Upon Thames or Wandsworth.
