England's football coach Gareth Southgate has paid a visit to Harlequins's training ground at Guildford.

Southgate has been keen to learn from the experience of other sports during his time with England and also shared his leadership skills with other coaches.

Described as a 'knowledge exchange' Southgate who leads England into this year's FIFA World Cup tournament in Qatar spent time with Quins and England star Joe Marler and later posed with the full Quins squad.

Both Burnley manager Sean Dyche and Everton coach Fran Lampard have also visited the Quins training ground.
