GCSE Results Day 2025: Twickenham Nub News will provide all the GCSE results from the borough's schools as they come in.

Lady Eleanor Holles (LEH) announces "strong" GCSE performance by from its students.
This year's GCSE cohort had nearly 60% of all exams achieving grade 9 and 93% of exams achieving grades 9–7.
15% of students achieved a clean sweep of straight 9s.
Rowena Cole, Head of LEH, said: “These GCSE results are a wonderful reflection of our students’ resilience and determination, and the wonderful skills and commitment of our teaching and wider team.
“What I value most about this year’s GCSE results is how they reflect resilience, curiosity, and self-belief.
"In a girls’ only school like LEH, our students feel empowered to explore their talents fully, support one another, and take on challenges with confidence.
"These qualities, alongside their academic achievements, set them up brilliantly for the next stage of their journey into Sixth Form and beyond.”
Radnor House School

Radnor House Twickenham celebrate another "historic high" following record-breaking A-level results last week.
The overall pass rate was 99.5%, with 67% of the grades awarded at 9-7 and 87% of grades were at 9-6.
20% of all grades at Radnor House were a grade 9.
Principal, Amy Cavilla, was delighted with this historically high set of results, saying: " The average GCSE grade was 7.13 compared to 6.85 in 2024 and a whole grade higher than in 2019.
"Our values of excellence and perseverance are paying dividends. We strive to be a bit better every day and our pupils exemplify this.
"We are very proud of what they have achieved, proud of our excellent staff and supportive community of families.
"Our young people demonstrate daily that they have so much more to offer than their academic achievements but they and we are pleased that their hard work and commitment has paid off and paved the way for their next steps."
Twickenham School

Twickenham School teachers "proud of resilience" from students as they receive top GCSE results.
English achieved its highest number of Grade 9s to date, while both English and Maths continued to perform well above the national average.
Physics and Languages also secured particularly strong outcomes, and Food Technology impressed with half of students achieving Grade 7 or higher.
Headteacher Jonathon Lisseman said: "These results are a testament to the hard work of our students, the dedication of our staff, and the support of families. Our young people leave us not only ready for their next academic steps, but also prepared to make a real impact in the wider world.”
P.E. and Art students also celebrated their best results yet, reflecting growing success across creative and practical subjects at the school.
Julie Johnson, Head of Year 11, commented: "I am incredibly proud of our Year 11 students and all they have achieved in their GCSEs.
"Whether reaching the very top grades, making excellent progress, or overcoming challenges along the way, every student should take pride in their results.
"Your commitment and resilience will serve you well as you take the next steps towards your future."
Highlights from individual students include: Petya Avramova who achieved straight grade 9s, Sourayan Deysarkar who got seven Grade 9s and an 8 and Jayashree Anbalagan who got seven Grade 9s and a 7.
Annora commented, “I’m really happy with my results, wish good luck to everyone taking GCSEs next year!
"Thanks to my teachers who helped when I struggled and thanks to my friends for revising with me and making this whole experience really enjoyable.”
Sourayan said: “5 years here have been a memorable time. I'm grateful for all the opportunities and memories I've been able to experience here.
"I wish everyone the best with their futures and good luck!”
Ada, who joined Twickenham in Year 10, explained: “Good luck to everyone taking GCSEs next year, and know that nothing is impossible!
"Thanks to all my teachers that supported me throughout this process. This is going to sound cliche but believing in yourself and not stressing too much works wonders!”
