Do you know a local pub Landlord who has gone the extra mile to support their local community?

The Richmond Park MP, Sarah Olney, is looking for suitable candidates to nominate for the Community Pub Hero awards.

Every year, PubAid runs a competition to recognise and reward those pubs who go the extra mile to support their local communities and raise money for charity.

The Community Pub Hero Awards are sponsored by Matthew Clark and supported by the All-Party Parliamentary Beer Group.

Sarah Olney would like to ask the residents of Richmond to suggest the pub that they feel most deserves recognition for their work and her team has created a survey to gather up results.

Details on how to nominate a publican and provide some extra details can be found here - https://forms.wix.com/45b763cd-9664-4806-80a6-1c92f6512b2f:2a642069-0dec-4f64-a3d1-0e60496a8b08

Sarah Olney said: "Pubs aren't just businesses, they are the heart and soul of our neighbourhoods.

"Across Richmond, local pubs have kept communities together by offering food to the homeless during the pandemic, shelter during floods, and raising thousands for local charities.

"The past few years have been incredibly difficult for local pubs and their teams. This award is a fantastic way to recognise all the work they have been doing for the community despite the pressures they've been facing."
