Twickenham Nub News has learned that a man suffered a "cardiac arrest" outside a restaurant following England's Six Nations match against Italy on Sunday, 9 March 2025.

A source said him and his friends performed CPR and used a defibrillator outside Panas Indian Dining Twickenham on York Street "for a long time" before paramedics arrived.

A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: "We were called on Sunday 9 March at 5.30pm to reports of a person unwell in York Street, Twickenham.

"We sent resources including ambulance crews and an incident response officer.

"We treated a man at the scene and took him to hospital."
