Offices at the former Richmond Brewery Stores have been put on the market.

The 6,919 sq ft of office space is split over two floors and is currently on the market with Frost Meadowcroft.

The unfitted Petersham Road offices would set a new tenant back £12,734 per month - according to the listing on Right Move.

The riverside building dates back to the end of the 19th century when it was built as a bottling factory.

A "significant development" to turn the building into flats and seven duplex apartments, which are on the second and third floors.

"Richmond upon Thames is one of London's most popular and prosperous boroughs, situated on the banks of the River Thames only 8 miles to the south west of Central London," the brochure says.

"The area is a highly sought after residential location, as well as boasting an abundance of retail and leisure amenities, and a buoyant office market."

Planning permission was granted in 2009 to build an extra floor at the Richmond Brewery Stores to make space for the new flats.

In 2020 an application to replace the building's roof was approved as it was leaking "causing significant ingress into the new flats".

The building became the original home of the British Legion Poppy Factory in 1926.
