As borough residents and those across the country prepare to mark King Charles's coronation this week, a number of streets will be closed to play host to celebrations in addition to scheduled roadworks.

Planned works

A310 Strawberry Vale, Twickenham and Manor Road Teddington is closed Southbound at the junction with Waldegrave Road for major highway improvement works. Estimated completion date 07/05/2023. Contact: 020 8487 5294  

Cole Park Road, Twickenham is closed for Thames Water to carry out 92 customer service relay works. Estimated completion date 05/05/2023. Contact: Thames Water 0800 316 9800 

High Street, Hampton Hill two-way temporary traffic signals outside number 147 for Southern Gas Networks disconnection works. Estimated completion date 03/05/2023.  Contact: Southern Gas Networks 0800 644 4114 

Mill Hill Road, Barnes two-way temporary traffic signals outside The Gate House for Thames Water utility works.  Estimated completion date 05/05/2023.  Contact: Thames Water 0800 316 9800  

Percy Road, Hampton multi-way temporary traffic signals at Hampton Level crossing for Network Rail works, works commencing on 02/05/2023 until 04/05/2023. Night Works Contact: Network Rail 07710 939 810 

Percy Road, Hampton will be closed at Hampton Level crossing for Network Rail works, works commencing on 07/05/2023 until 09/05/2023. Night Works Contact: Network Rail 07710 939 810 

Queens Road, Richmond two-way temporary traffic signals outside number 145 for Thames Water utility works, works commencing on 02/05/2023 until 04/05/2023.  Contact: Thames Water 0800 316 9800 Reference BB70061072 

Rocks Lane, Barnes two-way temporary traffic signals junction with Mill Hill Road for highway improvement works on 03/05/2023.  Night Works Contact: Network Rail 07977 192 724 

Rocks Lane, Barnes multi-way temporary traffic signals from junction of Station Road to junction of Church Road/Elm Grove/Queen Elizabeth Walk/Castelnau for Cadent Gas utility works. Estimated completion date 21/08/2023. Contact: Cadent Gas 01455 232 822. Week beginning Monday 1st May multi-way temporary traffic signals on Rocks Lane at the junction of Ranelagh Avenue. 

Tower Road and Wellesley Road, Twickenham will be closed at Strawberry HillLevel crossing for Network Rail works, works commencing on 06/05/2023 until 09/05/2023. Night Works Contact: Network Rail 07710 960 941

Park Road, Hampton Wick will be closed from junction of High Street to School Road - 08:00am to 20:00 

Castelnau Events - Half Road Closure between Clavering Avenue and Arundel Terrace – 08:00 to 22:00  

Crown Road, St Margaret's will be closed between junction of St Margaret's Road and Hartington Road – 06:00 to 20:00
