Richmond's Women's Equality Party is launching a new campaign on Monday (5 January).

The 'Light the Path' campaign aims to demonstrate to the local council the importance of lighting the path for ending violence against women in the borough.

They will be meeting on Twicneham Green at 6pm on Monday 5 February, to light the path where Amelie Delegrance was murdered 20 years ago.

Amelie Delagrange was murdered by Levi Bellfield whilst walking home across Twickenham Green, in 2004.

Bellifield has been convicted of murdering Amelie Delagrange, Milly Dowler and Marsha McDonnell and remains in prison.
