Twickenham-based Zenith Fitness is encouraging locals to kick-start the New Year with a new fitness offer aimed at people who want structure, support and consistency — rather than a traditional gym experience.

To mark the start of the year, the Brewery Lane gym is offering four weeks free when new members sign up to a four-month contract, giving people the chance to build healthy routines without upfront pressure.

Zenith Fitness describes itself as a gym "for people who don't like traditional gyms", focusing on trainer-led sessions designed to remove the guesswork often associated with conventional fitness centres.

Every class is coached from start to finish, making it particularly popular with beginners or those returning to exercise after a break.

The programme centres around two main class styles:

  • Z-Con (HIIT) – fast-paced, high-energy sessions aimed at improving fitness, stamina and calorie burn
  • Z-Lift (Strength) – strength-focused classes designed to build muscle, improve posture and support everyday movement

Zenith Fitness is an independent gym which rebranded earlier this year (credit: Zenith Fitness).

The combination of trainer-led classes is intended to provide a balanced and effective approach without members needing to design their own workouts.

A strong sense of community is also central to the Twickenham gym's appeal.

Zenith says many of its members, typically aged between 35 and 55, had struggled to stick with gyms previously but now attend regularly thanks to the welcoming and supportive environment.

Zenith Fitness is also a HYROX affiliated gym, offering training for those preparing for competitive fitness events.

Alongside regular classes, the studio runs interval running sessions, competition-focused workouts and a dedicated HYROX club.

Before committing, prospective members can book a free trial class, choosing either a HIIT or strength session.

The New Year offer is available for a limited time and for new members only.
