Twickenham gym to open dedicated PT training space
By Nub News Reporter 27th May 2026
Zenith Fitness, based at Brewery Wharf in Twickenham, is set to introduce a dedicated space for personal trainers and independent coaches from 1 June, offering a more exclusive and flexible alternative to traditional commercial gym environments.
The new setup will provide a limited number of personal training spaces designed specifically for coaches who want to train clients in a focused, well-equipped, and less crowded setting.
Unlike busy mainstream gyms, the facility will operate with intentionally capped numbers to ensure a calm, professional atmosphere with no waiting for equipment and ample room for coaching.
The PT-focused space will include a wide range of specialist kit and training zones, such as seven barbell racks, a three-lane sled track, and a full selection of functional and conditioning equipment.
This includes Concept2 ski ergs, rowers and bikes, Curve runners, assault bikes, as well as dumbbells and kettlebells.
Zenith Fitness says the aim is to create a boutique training environment suited to coaches working with strength and conditioning clients, general lifestyle fitness, and HYROX-style competitive training.
Flexible access options will be available for personal trainers, including monthly memberships and pay-as-you-go arrangements, with no long-term contracts required.
Located less than 100 metres from Twickenham Station, the facility is positioned as a convenient and accessible base for fitness professionals in the local area.
Personal trainers interested in joining the new space are encouraged to get in touch with Zenith Fitness to arrange a visit or find out more about membership options.
