Lord's, present day. It's the Women's Cricket World Cup: England versus India. There's a rain delay. Tensions mount, ambitions are laid bare and a whole new tactical game begins.

Calcutta in the eighteenth century. Two British administrators in colonial India encounter challenges on the field of play that threaten the entire regime.

In this game of integrity and power, past and present collide. Kate Attwell's funny and provocative play explores and explores the mythology of fair play.

Performances run all weekend except Sunday – check Orange Tree Theatre's website for more.

Choose to sit back and relax this Sunday (Photo: The Turk's Head)

Join The Turk's Head on Sundays when the Kids' Table will be here to entertain the kid's meaning you can sit back and relax – something that might sound especially appealing to parents at The Bearcat the night before!

Our team will keep an eye on the nippers while they enjoy craft, games and creative table-top fun; meaning parents can enjoy a long leisurely lunch… and finish a sentence.

The Kids' Table runs from 12pm to 4pm. The fun is for 3 to 10 year-olds and is a first come first served activity: but booking is advised.
