Twickenham's music scene will come alive this month with two special performances as part of the EFG London Jazz Festival.

Both performances are set to take place at The Jazz Sanctuary in the Turks Head, Winchester Road.

Ken Hoon - Wednesday, 19 November

On Wednesday, 19 November from 7:15pm to 10:30pm, London-based contemporary jazz-fusion group Ken Hoon will perform a set blending ambient soundscapes, intricate rhythms and improvisation.

The band is made up of some of the UK's most exciting young jazz musicians, promising an evening of dynamic and expressive music.

Helena Debono and the Charlie Bates Quartet - Thursday 20 November

EFG London Jazz Festival 2025 presents Helena Debono and the Charlie Bates Quartet (credit: Image supplied).

The following evening, Helena Debono and Charlie Bates Quartet take to the same stage, performing songs from their new album A Thousand Nights.

Their show will feature jazz standards alongside original compositions, highlighting Debono's expressive vocals and Bates' distinctive piano arrangements.

Both concerts are part of the wider London Jazz Festival, which brings acclaimed artists to venues across the capital each November.
