Welcome to your weekly roundup of what's going on at The Lensbury.

Watersports Centre

It is a lovely time of the year for Lensbury members and non-members to enjoy the water at Teddington Lock and see the autumn scenery and the local wildlife (there is a pair of Kingfishers and a local seal).

Thus, The Lensbury is inviting locals to enjoy its Watersports Centre facilities.

The river is not busy at the moment and with the autumn sunshine and calm waters, it is a great time to take out a kayak or a motorboat and enjoy the Thames before The Lensbury's  Watersports Centre closes for the winter period.

The centre's motorboats cost £45 to hire for an hour and its Kayaks are free to hire for both members and non-members, or you can book a one-to-one kayak session for £87.50.

You can find out more about The Lensbury's Watersports Centre and how to book a session or hire equipment here.

October Half Term sports and activity camps

The Lensbury is hosting a variety of sports and activity camps for kids this October Half Term.

Whether they want to unleash their inner artist with The Lensbury's Arts & Crafts camp or wish to try their hand at one of its water sports, there is something for every kid.

The Lensbury's October Kid's Camp for five – 12-year-olds and its Tennis Camps for five – 11-year-olds runs from Monday, 27 October to Friday, 31 October.
