Last Thursday evening (4 December), the St Margarets Fair committee held its annual Senior Citizens Christmas Dinner, bringing festive cheer to more than 50 local residents.

The occasion, funded by profits from the St Margarets Fair and supported by The Turks Head Twickenham, treats older members of the community to a traditional Christmas meal and an evening of music and company.

Despite a few cancellations due to the recent wave of winter flu, committee member Mike Clubbe said the "evening was another great success".
