Residents have been advised that the Twickenham Green development site will close over the festive period, from Wednesday, 24 December 2025 (Christmas Eve) until Monday, 5 January 2026.

During this time, there may be limited activity on site for minor works such as painting and decorating, but the main construction programme will pause and resume in the New Year.

London Square have confirmed several milestones have recently been completed.

The reinforced concrete frame for Block F is now finished, while foundations for Block G have also been completed.

In addition, drainage and water attenuation systems have been installed, and the haul road through the site is now in place.

Looking ahead to early 2026, a number of works are scheduled to continue.

These include off-site electricity and water connections on Edwin Road, ongoing roofing and brickwork construction, and the installation of scaffolding.

Mobile crane visits are planned to install precast concrete planks and structural steel, while internal fit-out works for the plots will begin.

External works, including road construction, are also set to continue. Further updates are expected once full site activity resumes in January.
