Quins star – and former Hampton School pupil – Louis Lynagh has been called into the England rugby squad for the Autumn internationals.
Young Louis, aged 20, is the son of former Australian fly-half, Michael Lynagh, who brought his family to settle in the local area after retiring from the sport.
Technically, Louis could qualify to play for Australia and Italy, where he was born, as well as England.
The young winger's inclusion in the England set-up comes after the Wallabies recently expressed an interest in securing his national allegiance.
As a youngster, he was a star performer with Hampton school, Richmond FC and the Quins youth set-up. His training also included sprint work at the St Mary's University track.
Having played for England at youth level, his contribution to the success of Quins becoming the champions of England last year and in victories this season have put him on the radar of England coach, Eddie Jones.
Director of Rugby at Hampton School, Sean Thomson, said: "It is fantastic to see Louis continue to go from strength to strength and selection for the England squad is an impressive achievement.
"At just 20-years-old, he is an extremely talented young player and all of us are hoping he gets an opportunity to play during the upcoming Series.
"He has put in some excellent performances during his opening months at Quins and it will be exciting to see what he brings to the England team. We wish him and all of the squad the very best of luck!"
