An applicant with plans to convert a commercial office space into three flats in Candler Mews, Twickenham has withdrawn its application to Richmond Council.

Agents, Victoria Page Architecture were planning to spend up to £2m on repurposing an office space, currently used by engineering consultants Patrick Parsons, into three flats of different sizes.

The proposals for flat one on the ground floor included: two bedrooms, a kitchen/dining area and two bathrooms.

Flat two on the first floor planned to include: two bedrooms, a kitchen/dining area and one bathroom.

Flat three on the second and third floor proposed: two bedrooms on the second floor, one bedroom on the third, a kitchen/dining area and two bathrooms.

The plans, which were withdrawn on 19 March 2024, were expected to begin in January 2026 and finish by June 2026.
