Twickenham smokers offered £100 voucher to share their quit journey for Stoptober campaign

Richmond Council is offering residents a £100 voucher as part of this year's Stoptober campaign if they share their story about giving up smoking.
The council is partnering with community organisation Raise My Voice to encourage more people to quit by showcasing real-life experiences from locals.
Those who have recently quit, or who are currently in the process of quitting, are invited to join a 60-minute workshop at a Richmond café in September.
Participants will share their experiences and record short video clips, which will be used throughout the campaign to inspire others.
As a thank you, each participant will receive a £100 Amazon voucher.
Councils across South-West London are supporting the Stoptober campaign, which runs every October, encouraging people to take the first steps towards a smoke-free life.
