New analysis of property sales data has revealed the most and least expensive streets in Twickenham over the past five years.

According to a report from property sales specialists Property Solvers, based on HM Land Registry data since 2020, Ailsa Road, Russell Villas, and Martineau Drive top the list of Twickenham's most expensive residential streets, each with average sale prices well over £2.9 million.

At the other end of the spectrum, Holly Road, Salliesfield, and Heath Road recorded some of the lowest average sale prices, with homes selling for under £300,000.

Other high-end streets include Beresford Avenue (£2.2 million), Sandycoombe Road (£2.1 million), and another section of Ailsa Road (TW1 1QJ) with an average of £2.13 million.

Commenting on the findings, Co-Founder of Property Solvers, Ruban Selvanayagam, said: "To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had more than three sales.

"But it's worth noting some standout transactions — such as a property on Willoughby Road (TW1) that sold for a staggering £5.75 million, and other sales for as little as £153,000 on Bowyers Court and Holly Road."
