A 16-year-old girl who was reported missing from Twickenham yesterday morning has been found safe and well.

Police issued an appeal yesterday (April 3rd) for Valentina who had last been seen in the Whitechapel//Spitalfields area, with a photo shared on social media in a bid to find the missing teenager.

However, officers have since provided an update into the case with Valentina found 'safe and well'.

The Metropolitan Police in Richmond shared a post on Twitter this morning writing: "#FOUND | Valentina, who we circulated as missing yesterday, has been found safe and well.

"Thanks to all that shared and helped!"
