Twickenham Cycling Club, which has existed for as long as there have been racing bikes, air-filled tyres – and punctures - is looking to attract new members.
Groups from the club, wearing the family blue kit with red flashes are familiar on the borough's roads and the organisation wants to attract more people of all ages to enjoy the freedom of taking to two wheels.
The club, which celebrates its 130th anniversary this year has its own clubroom from where rides begin and where Tuesday rides finish with tea and cake.
Rides take place on Saturdays from 9am and Tuesdays from 7pm, both from All Hallow's Church in Twickenham.
Younger residents aged 6 to 16 can also get involved through the club's Strictly Cycling Thursday Night event at Kneller Gardens. These sessions are from 6.30 to 8pm every Thursday from July 20 and cost just £2.50.
The club's 130th anniversary will be marked with an Open Track Event at Herne Hill Velodrome on June 3, an experience day at the velodrome taking place a week later on June 11.
Details to join in on one of the club's Saturday rides to start off with can be found on the Twickenham Cycling Club website - https://twickenhamcc.co.uk/
