As we hinted last week, Twickenham boutique estate agent Darren Bartlett Real Estate is making some changes to the business, including a brand new look - and name.

So from today, Darren Bartlett Real Estate is no more!

The new branding was inspired by the many deer at both Richmond and Bushy Parks.

Darren has also welcomed Kristian Fitchett to the team, who joins as a partner.

Darren said: "I would like to welcome Kristian on board!

"We are very excited to have him join us from a well-known independent estate agents in Twickenham, where he's worked for eight years across the borough of Richmond-Upon-Thames.

"As the business has expanded, we needed to increase our capacity to take on new properties and still offer the same personalised service.

"Over the last six months we've seen an increasing demand as news has got out about our approach via word of mouth and social media.

"So a HUGE thank you to everyone who has helped with this and supported our growth over the previous two years."

DARREN

I head up the business, and of course I'm still very hands-on keeping in touch with clients and visiting properties for valuations. You won't catch me playing games - I am very straight-talking and will share my market expertise with you so you can take the best approach for your personal situation.

KRISTIAN

I first met Kristian when he bought his first house from me in 2014. Since then his name has been repeatedly brought to my attention as a likeminded agent, who excels in his role with genuine care for his clients. Having worked in the industry within the Richmond Borough since 2009 he has a wealth of experience and knowledge for our clients to utilise.

LISA

I met Lisa at a networking event a year or so ago, and as the business grew, we needed some support to ensure all our clients have a smooth experience.

Lisa supports with liaising with clients, arranging viewings, and organising all the paperwork required for each property sale.

LAUREN

Lauren manages all the web content, social media, printed materials and articles for local newspapers to share the work we are doing, and how we are supporting the local community.

JACK

Jack is a talented videographer who helps me take my unique approach to filming the properties I take on.

He is the man behind Twickenham Nub's weekly Property of the Week virtual property tours!

He ensures we capture the properties at their best and give potential buyers a great impression online. You can learn so much more about a property from a video than just photos alone.
