Harlequins return to European Rugby Champions Cup actions as they visit Racing 92 looking for back-to-back wins.

Quins recovered from defeat in the first group stage match against Sharks by winning at the Twickenham Stoop against Racing.

They travel to the suburbs of Paris to face Racing 92, who are second bottom of Pool A, having lost both of their matches so far.

Kick-off at París La Défense Arena is at 3:15pm on Sunday.

Ealing Trailfinders will hope to bounce back from their first defeat of the season this weekend as they face second-bottom Ampthill in the RFU Championship.

The Trailfinders' 13-match unbeaten run across league and cup came to an end last weekend as they lost 26-24 against Caldy, but now return home hoping to get back on track.

Ampthill will be the visitors, who have not won since October, and are sat second from bottom in the RFU Championship.

Kick-off at Trailfinders Sports Club is at 3pm on Saturday.

London Scottish face a tough test to secure their first win of 2023 as they take on Bedford Blues in the RFU Championship.

Scottish lost their first game of the year last weekend narrowly against Hartpury University 20-19 and they are now seven points adrift of second bottom Ampthill.

Bedford sit fourth in the league, although they only have one win in their last three, including a crushing 45-5 defeat against Jersey Reds.

Kick-off at Richmond Sports Ground is at 3pm on Saturday.

London Welsh will look to put the disappointment of last week's crushing defeat behind them as they play Sutton and Epsom in Regional One South Central.

Welsh suffered a heavy defeat to kick-off 2023 as they were shut out 41-0 away against Havant as their difficult run of form continued to three without a win.

They have a prime opportunity to put that behind them this weekend as they face a Sutton and Epsom side who have won two matches all season, but they did start 2023 with a win against Bournemouth.

Kick-off at Old Deer Park is at 2pm on Saturday.

Teddington RFC will hope to continue their winning streak as they take on Old Blues in Counties Two Surrey this weekend.

The Antler's winning streak continued over to the new year as they ground out a narrow 10-3 win against Old Whitgiftians last weekend.

Old Blues are ninth in the table, and Teddington dispatched of them fairly comfortably 36-12 in the reverse fixture back in October.

Kick-off at Bushy Park is at 2pm on Saturday.

Elsewhere in the area, London Irish host Stormers in the European Rugby Champions Cup group stages, and Twickenham and Kingston begin their 2023s against Weybridge Vandals and Old Tiffinians respectively.
