RFS' World Cinema Classic for Season 62 is the Italian satirical crime thriller, Investigation of a Citizen Above Suspicion, winner of the 1971 Best Foreign Language Film Oscar. A psychological, black-humoured satire on corruption in high office, it tells the story of a top police officer who kills his mistress and then tests whether the police would charge him for this crime.
