Start your week with deep restoration. Join us for a Mindful Monday Gong Bath, guided by experienced sound healer Chetna.
These restorative sound healing journeys invite you to slow down, calm the mind, and reset your nervous system. Using a combination of planetary gongs and therapeutic sound instruments, the session gently guides you into a meditative state where sound vibrations cocoon you in a sense of calm, bliss, and deep relaxation.
