Our very first Strength through Menopause Pilates workshop is now live, and ready for booking.
In this workshop we start where real strength begins; core support, pelvic floor coordination, posture and stability. You will learn how these systems work together to support your spine and pelvis before adding resistance and strength exercises.
When those foundations are in place, strength work becomes far more effective and far less likely to create strain or compensation. It's about building strength from the inside out, so your body feels more stable, capable and supported in everyday movement.
