John Idan is a superb guitarist/vocalist and the long-time frontman of The Yardbirds. Originally from Detroit, John now lives with his wife and family in Germany so this is a rare appearance for John and his band at The Eel Pie Club. John has toured the world numerous times with The Yardbirds and has played sold out shows on a variety of world class stages such as The Royal Albert Hall in London; The Royal Festival Hall, the House of Blues in LA (guesting with Steve Vai), South by South West (guesting with Slash) etc. John has also recently been playing guitar and singing with Ric Lees's Natural Born Swingers, a band led by Ric Lee of Ten Years After. This will be a great night of RnB, Soul, Original material, Yardbirds, Blues and little Rock n Roll on side, just for good measure! So come and join the party and let's have some fun!
