An exciting opportunity to join a established contractor in the super prime residential sector and work on some of Landon's finest and most prestigious residential properties. Due to continued growth my client is looking to recruit a Site Manager to join their team. The client focus on the super high end residential refurbishment sector with typical projects being individual property renovations with project values between 1M and 10M. Initially this position will based on a new project in Twickenham/ Ham as number one Site Manager working closely with the site and office based project team. As Site Manager you will take the pivotal role on site taking responsibility for the day to day running of the project while liaising with the Project Manager; Quantity Surveyor; Designers; and Sub-contractors. Based in the office/out in the community 3 days a week. 3 -6 months contract.
