A BBC One documentary starring Olympic sporting stars like Sir Mo Farah and Dame Jessica Ennis-Hill will also feature Twickenham's St Mary's University in tonight's episode.

The episode airs at 9pm and is the third in a three-part series called Gold Rush: Our Race to Olympic Glory, which explores how Britain turned its sporting reputation around over 16 years to triumph at the London 2012 Olympics.

Sir Mo filmed his interview for the documentary in the Dolce Vita Café at the university.

The café overlooks the Sir Mo Farah Track which was named in his honour in 2017.

Sir Mo lived, studied and trained at St Mary's from 2001-2011 and regularly visits campus to train today.

Watch the video interview by Sam Yarnold at St Mary's University at the top to hear Mo talk more about his experiences there.

In the interview Sir Mo talks about preparing for and competing at the 2012 Olympic Games. He is joined in the episode by Britain's "greatest athletes, national leaders and sports strategists".

The first episode looked at Dame Kelly Holmes and her return from injury, among other olympians; the second focuses on the medal table featuring olympians like Tom Daley and Tom Daley.
