Richmond based Music Heritage London has organised a unique Beatles tribute event this weekend to celebrate the 60th anniversary of when filming started on The Beatles' second movie 'Help!'.

The event takes place on Sunday, 23 February at All Bar One, Kew Road, Richmond.

From 3:30pm outside Richmond Station, a guided sightseeing tour of Richmond's 60s music history will begin onboard a 1965 Routemaster double-decker.

Music Heritage London say the highlight of the tour will be a stop at Twickenham Studios for a unique opportunity to step inside Stage 1, where the Beatles filmed 'A Hard Day's Night', 'Help!', 'Get Back' and many other pop promos.

The tour ends back at Richmond Station at around 5:00pm in good time for The Beatles tribute show by local band, The Allbeats at 7:00pm.

According to the organisers, celebrity guests have also been invited to 'come together' to pay homage to The Beatles, who visited the very same location to watch the Rolling Stones perform on 14 April 1963.

Tickets for this event are still available and can be found by clicking here.
