Three Harlequins players, Alex Dombrandt, Louis Lynagh and Marcus Smith have been selected for the 36-man England training squad, based in Richmond for three days from Sunday.

The trio will link up with the rest of the England players following their Gallagher Premiership match on Saturday at Twickenham against Gloucester which has sold over 40.000 tickets.

The training camp, which will take place at King's House School, Chiswick and Twickenham, comes ahead of England's three test tour of Australia in the summer. The squad will stay at a Richmond Hotel.

Coach Eddie Jones said:" We're going to use this camp as an opportunity to prepare a base camp for the Barbarians fixture and for a really important Australian tour.

"It is also 16 months to the World Cup and every minute counts. We want a hard-working and enjoyable environment for the players and to make sure we are all on the same page.

"These players will still be in contention for the Australian tour."
