A former Twickenham florists has been put on the market with property agent Dexters.

The building on Heath Road is available for £800,000 and was once home to boutique shop Emporium.

It is described as an "excellent investment and development opportunity".

The 1744 square foot shop on the ground floor and the flat on the first floor are said to bring in a combined estimated income of £64,000 to £77,000.

The brochure says: "The property has dual use for both commercial and residential use and the residential property has it's own separate entrance.

"The property presents an excellent investment opportunity with the estimated income combined at £64,000 to £77,000, plus development potential to convert the rear of the ground floor to a residential apartment (subject to planning permission).

"Heath Road is a busy street in Twickenham connecting central Twickenham to Twickenham Green and has tenants including Nando's, Marks and Spencers, Kokoro and plenty of independent retailers.

"The area is a popular suburb of London for young professionals, families and students with St Mary's University nearby. The redeveloped Twickenham station has direct links into central London."
