Kew Gardens is set for a spectacular spooky season this October, with two autumn experiences for visitors of all ages.
Following the sell-out success of Halloween at Kew last year, the spine-tingling light trail returns with from 17 October to 2 November.
Families can also enjoy an enchanting daytime adventure with Zog, Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler's beloved dragon, from 18 October to 2 November.
Zog

This October half-term, children can step into the world of Zog and join the dragon school for a day of outdoor fun and discovery.
Set against Kew's stunning autumn backdrop, the interactive trail invites young adventurers to take part in five playful activities inspired by the story's themes of perseverance, friendship and teamwork.
Each activity blends storytelling with sensory play, encouraging curiosity and creativity.
The trail runs during Kew's normal daytime opening hours (10am–3.30pm) and is included with standard admission.
Developed in partnership with Magic Light Pictures, the Zog trail promises to delight fans of all ages.
Halloween at Kew Returns

As night falls, the Gardens will transform into a world of shadows and enchantment for the return of Halloween at Kew.
After its debut in 2024, this year's event promises an even more immersive experience, featuring bewitched trees, ghostly performers and dazzling light installations.
The 1.5km illuminated trail will guide visitors through eerie settings, from an abandoned fairground to a haunted mausoleum and even the underworld, with new surprises around every corner, including giant spiders, laser-lit fungi and monstrous characters lurking in the darkness.
Guests can refuel along the route with Halloween-themed treats such as toasted marshmallows, freaky fries and hot toddies.
The event offers three different time slots: Daylight, Moonlight and Twilight.
Each provides a distinct atmosphere, with the spookiness building as the evening deepens.
Adam Thow, Director of Commercial & Visitor Operations at RBG Kew, said: "We were thrilled with the incredible response to the launch of Halloween at Kew last year, and we're excited to introduce new spooky installations for 2025.
"It's a fantastic way for families and friends to enjoy the Gardens in a new light and make magical Halloween memories together."
Produced in partnership with RG Live and Sony Music, and created by Culture Creative, the team behind Christmas at Kew, this year's Halloween experience is expected to be one of London's most popular autumn attractions.
