Developers have shared a fresh update on progress at a major housing scheme in Twickenham.

London Square has confirmed significant progress has been made at its Twickenham Green development as construction continues into spring 2026.

Among the key milestones already completed are the sales and marketing suite and a show home, giving prospective buyers an early look at the finished product.

The developer has also confirmed that foundations for all properties are now complete, while external works for the first stage of homes have been finished.

Construction is continuing at pace across the site, with roofing works and brickwork superstructure construction ongoing, alongside the installation of scaffolding.

Looking ahead, residents can expect further activity in the coming weeks, including off-site connections for electricity and water services on Edwin Road.

Work will also begin on internal fit-outs for the homes, as the development moves closer to completion.

In addition, external works such as road construction are set to continue as the site takes shape.
