South Western Rail urge passengers to check journey before travelling

South Western Railway is urging passengers to check their journey before they travel today (Wednesday 3 January).
This follows disruption from Storm Henk which battered much of the UK yesterday.
In the statement posted on X (formerly known as Twitter), the rail company apologised for the disruption that customers experienced yesterday (Tuesday 2 January).
They also said that they expect disruption linked to the storm to continue through today (Wednesday 3 January) due to trains and crews being displaced.
