A new veterinary clinic is set to open its doors in Twickenham this week, promising a fresh approach to pet care for local owners.

Creature Comforts Twickenham will officially open on 33-35 London Road on 11 June, bringing its happier and transparent veterinary model to the town centre.

The practice will offer services for dogs, cats and rabbits, with a focus on accessible appointments, transparent pricing and long-term relationships between pets and their veterinary teams.

The Twickenham practice will provide a wide range of services including routine health checks, vaccinations, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, imaging, urgent care, travel documentation and behavioural advice.

The clinic will also feature separate wards for cats and dogs to help reduce stress for animals during their stay.

Members can sign up for £20 per month, which includes unlimited vet consultations, annual vaccinations, live chat with the veterinary team, instant app bookings and discounts on routine treatments.

The practice also offer a pay-as-you-go option for pet owners who do not wish to commit to a membership.

Speaking to Nub News ahead of the opening, Head Vet Hazel said: "We're so excited to become part of Twickenham's great community, and to meet your lovely pets.

"We're here for any problems or concerns, big or small, to help them live their happiest, healthiest lives."

Creature Comforts says it aims to provide clear and transparent pricing, with any additional treatment or diagnostic costs discussed with owners before work is carried out.

The new clinic forms part of Creature Comforts' growing network of practices across London and the Home Counties with over 1,500 five-star reviews, with Twickenham becoming one of the company's newest locations.

Customers can enjoy the first month free or get a half-price pay-as-you-go appointment. Residents interested in registering their pets can reserve a place through the Creature Comforts website ahead of the clinic's opening this week.
