A café in Twickenham has submitted an application to sell alcohol and extend its opening hours.

Twisted Ivy, located at 51 King Street Parade, Twickenham, is seeking permission to sell alcohol daily from 8:30am to 8pm, while extending its opening hours from 7am to 7pm.

Currently, the breakfast spot operates from 7:30am to 5:30pm, Sunday to Friday, and remains open slightly later on Saturdays, from 7:30am to 6pm.

First opened in January this year, Twisted Ivy is known for its signature avocado on toast served in three different flavours, alongside a variety of egg dishes, pastries, paninis, and more.

The closing date for representations is Wednesday, 18 June.
