Two closures of the level crossing at Strawberry Hill railway station have been planned.

The first is an eight-hour closure between 11pm on Saturday (March 13) and 7am the next morning.

The second lasts for more than a week. The level crossing barriers will remain down from a minute past midnight on Sunday, March 28 until 6am on Tuesday, April 6.

Network Rail has apologised for any inconvenience that will be caused.

Pedestrians will still be able to get across using the footbridge over the station.
