Literature Festival
Twickenham plays host to a number of events this weekend as part of the 30th Richmond Literature Festival.
On Saturday evening at Twickenham Library, there is a chance to expand your horizons with two bestselling writers who use literary fiction to imagine alternative futures.

The band remains one of the most popular and exciting live rhythm and blues acts in the world with a history that boasts a string of number one records.
Formed on Canvey Island, Essex, in the early 1970s, their catalogue of hits famously includes Milk & Alcohol as well as Down at The Doctors, Roxette, Back in The Night, She Does it Right, Going Back Home and See You Later Alligator, which gave the group their first Gold Record.
The line-up has changed since the early days, however it now features Kevin Morris on drums and Phil Mitchell on bass, both 34 years with the band. Guitarist, Steve Walwyn, has been with the band for 28 years, while vocalist, Robert Kane - formerly of The Animals – joined in 1999 after the tragic death of Lee Brilleaux.
