What's on in Twickenham this Christmas

It's almost the festive season and a lot of festive events are kicking off in the Twickenham area over the next couple of weeks.
Christmas Lights:
Christmas lights across Twickenham and Teddington are getting switched on this week!
Twickenham - Friday 24 November:
The Twickenham Christmas lights will be turned on this Friday - with events taking place across the town.
The event will start at 3pm, with family activities for local residents and children to join in with after school.
There will be switch-on events happening at each tree location, a Santa's grotto to visit and live music and entertainment on the main stage outside the old Barclays building on King Street.
Richmond and East Twickenham- Friday 24 November:
Richmond's Christmas lights will be turned on on Friday from 4:30 pm.
There will be mulled wine and mince pies, along with some Christmas entertainment with performances from local schools.
Teddington - Thursday 23 November:
Teddington's Christmas lights will be turned on this Thursday from 5.30pm with the official switch on taking place later.
The night will include live music, shops staying open, stalls, children's rides on Church Road, mulled wine, food tastings and so much more.
Orleans House Gallery Christmas Shopping Weekend:
Orleans House Gallery is hosting its Christmas Shopping Weekend again this Christmas.
The weekend will take place on the 2 and 3 December from 10am to 5pm and entry is free.
45 local makers will be at the market selling their wares.
Hampton Hill Christmas Parade - 24 November:
From 5.30-8.30pm at Hampton Hill there will be stalls, kids rides, live music, raffle, classic cars, festive food & beverages, parade and lots more, including the switching on of Hampton Hill's main Christmas tree!
