The 256.57 sqm piece of land behind a row of properties on Kneller Road is being marketed by Pattison Auctions.
It has a guide price of £130,000 and is being sold by online auction.
Prospective buyers have until mid July to make an offer on the piece scrubland.

"The plot measures approximately 0.06 acres (256.57 sqm) with a perimeter of roughly 83.63m.
